Markethill (Irish: Cnoc an Mhargaidh) [1] is a village in County Armagh, Northern Ireland. It is beside Gosford Forest Park. It had a population of 1,647 people in the 2011 census. [2] A livestock market is held here three times a week and each summer the world's largest Lambeg drumming contest takes place in the village.
