Windows has always had poor PDF support and that does not seem to have improved in Windows 11. I have tried both the built-in "Windows Fax and Scan" app and the "Windows Scan" app from the Windows Store. Neither of them will scan multiple pages to a PDF file which seriously is the most basic requirement for a scanner app in 2022.

Research shows that Microsoft is getting rid of the Cashback Program (including the Receipt Scan feature) which is why they are urging us to redeem our cash back balance before July 25th, 2024. Here's another way: 1. In search box on your taskbar, type Devices and Printers and hit the Enter key. 2. Turn on your printer. 3. Right-click your printer and select Start scan. 4. In the New scan window uncheck the Preview or scan images as separate files option at the bottom.
