I had seen them on Drury videos for years and had wanted to go there for quite some time. I know it is a little costly, but I knew the possibilities were there for a buck of a lifetime, so I set my sight for that particular hunt.

    The properties I hunted in Pike Co. which were bought or leased by Hadley Creek are on the market, according an outfitter buddy of mine. They supposedly are moving their operation across the river into MO and IA. Would really like to get one of those properties back...     I went on my first outfitted hunt with Hadley Creek of Illinois during the 2017 season. I hunted opening week and the first week of December muzzle loader. I saw deer on every sit and shot a couple of coyotes during the muzzle loader hunt. I decided that I would book a couple more hunts for the 2018 season and sent my money.

    Hadley Creek strikes again Got a call from my landowner today who borders Hadley Creek property near Kinderhook in northern Pike Co, IL. Had one of our hunters to arrow a 160" 9 pt. that went 3/4 miles and finally dropped approx 50 yds across our line onto Hadley property. If a hunter spots a monster, he's moved to another stand, and one of the guides will hunt that area in his off time, and shoot the buck.

    Again, congrats on the great bucks! I will definately be looking into them! And yes, I noticed that Hadley Creek charges some rediculous prices as mentioned earlier in the 140" minimum, anything under is $1,00, kinda high there for a couple inches or so!!
