The First Judicial Circuit is one of 20 judicial circuits in Florida and we serve four counties: Escambia, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, and Walton.
The Clerks of Court in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton Counties are independent elected constitutional officers with many responsibilities, including the summoning of jurors and acting as the custodian of court records for the First Judicial Circuit.
