For the past 10 years I've opted for park hopper epsecially because my trips tend to be shorter. I'll be going November 18-22 and as of right now I have a 3 day park hopper that is likely being dropped down to a 2 day park hopper as long as Christmas After Hours are held on one of the nights I'm there.
Here is the update on the Walt Disney World website. Beginning January 9, 2024, Guests with a ticket with Park Hopper benefits or an Annual Pass will be able to visit another theme park at any time of day during park hours (subject to capacity limitations). On days when theme park reservations...
I have 2 5-day park hopper tickets (little credit card looking tickets) that each have one day left on them that I purchased in Dec. 2000, for our trip in Feb. 2001. Are they still valid? I know now that the current tickets expire within 14 days after first use, but at the time I purchased these in 2000, they never expired (to my best remembrance!)
I purchased the 4 day park hopper plus option. Our plan was to have 4 park days and a separate 5th day at a water park. I’ve always heard that with this ticket, you would get 4 park days plus 4 SEPARATE water park admissions.. I posted in one of my Disney Facebook groups this morning and got two very different answers.
While on the topic of parkhopping, I have a related question: I know the Disney website now includes on each restaurant reservation page the words: "Valid Admission and Park Reservation for Same Park on Same Date Required," which would seem to apply irrespective of whether you have park hopper tickets.
From the WDW website: " Walt Disney World Resort continues to honor all unexpired theme park tickets with remaining admission days". However, admission will only be granted to the parks that were open when the tickets were issued. For example, the pre-1989 tickets cannot be used at the Studios or Animal Kingdom.
Here’s a look at the new price for each pass before tax: Pixie Dust Pass: $469 (previously $439) Pirate Pass: $829 (previously $799) Sorcerer Pass: $1079 (previously $999) Incredi-Pass: $1549 (previously $1449)
We've park hopped the last 3 years. This year we opted to price compare and I wish we would have done it earlier. We priced a 6 day park hopper with a 7 night stay which is what we usually do. Then we priced a 9 day ticket NO PARK HOPPER with a 10 night stay it was $100 more. So 2 days more at the parks plus 3 extra nights stay for $100.

Selection of the Park Hopper Plus Option to include visits to Disney water parks and other attractions—along with same-day admission to more than one theme park— adds another day to your valid use period. For example, a 6-day Park Hopper Plus Option ticket with a start date of November 1 is valid any 6 days from November 1 to November 10.
