In the last (almost) 10 years, our (almost) 8700 books have been downloaded and (thus hopefully) listened to more than 360.000.000 times. That's the archive download figure alone, many of our recordings have additional sources of downloads. I think we're doing just fine.
But, more recently, four other entities have put the same recording (my voice) on YouTube. One of them, Audio Books Storage, expanded my book summary in the text and included misinformation about the book's content: . Another one, Google Play Books, credited four narrator names, none of them me.

I can always use ideas for my kids, and it could be a starting point for people looking for recommendations. Let's stick with books that our own children, or children we know, have especially enjoyed (not the ones that we adults think ought to be on the list or else we'll end up listing the entire catalog). Languages other than English are welcome!
Ever since I discovered Librivox I found that there is not a good app for listening to the audio books, so I decided to make one myself!
