Wake Up Jeff! is the sixth album by Australian band the Wiggles, released in 1996 by ABC Music distributed by EMI. It won the ARIA Award for Best Children's Album in 1996. [ 2 ]

Jeff has fallen asleep while standing and then Anthony, Greg and Murray arrive. Murray suggests they wake him up, and Greg has everyone yell "Wake Up Jeff!" at the count of 3. They count: "1, 2, 3, Wake Up, Jeff!" Jeff jumps and screams, running around to the back of the set and then to the front. Anthony asks Jeff if he's awake now and he affirms.
He was the oldest member of the original Wiggles line up. Fatt was also known for falling asleep on stage, causing the other members (and later on the audience) to utter the iconic Wiggles catchphrase "Wake Up, Jeff!", which was also the title of one of their songs, as well as the title of one of their videos and albums.
The Wiggles (1991) was the original line-up's earliest album to be certified by ARIA, achieving Platinum status in 1995. [1] Yummy Yummy (1994) achieved double Platinum status, certified in 2008. [2] The album was also certified Gold in the US in 2004. [3] Their next three releases, Big Red Car (1995), Wake Up Jeff!
