The Brewery Collectibles Club of America (BCCA) is a 501(c)(3) organization established in 1970 [1] by Denver Wright Jr. It is located in Fenton, Missouri, near St. Louis.The organization focuses on documenting the history of brewing both in the United States and internationally, as well as preserving brewery-related artifacts.
At the end of 2017, there were a total of 7,450 breweries in the United States, including 7,346 craft breweries subdivided into 2,594 brewpubs, 4,522 microbreweries, 230 regional craft breweries and 104 large/non-craft breweries.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Craft beer pioneer Anchor Brewing Co. — maker of its famous Anchor Steam and Christmas Ale beer —has been purchased by Chobani yogurt founder and billionaire Hamdi Ulukaya.
Old Style was the first brand created by Heileman. Heileman purchased the trademarks for Golden Leaf in 1899, and to complement their lighter beer, the company created The Old Times Lager in 1900. Old Times Lager was changed to Old Style Lager after a lawsuit in 1902, and remained Old Style for the remainder of the brand's life.
Customers can stop in and purchase 16 oz four packs of the beer while supplies last. Each customer is limited to two packs. The release isn't the brewery's first sign-stealing beer.
Fortunes declined throughout the 1970s as consolidation swept the beer industry. The company was bought in April 1975 by the S&P Company, owned by Paul Kalmanovitz. In the interim, Chicago White Sox announcer Harry Caray endorsed the brew in live TV commercials, many times with a glass of beer in his hand and sipping it.
