East Patchogue (/ ˈ p æ tʃ ɒ ɡ /, PATCH-awg) is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in the Town of Brookhaven in Suffolk County, on the South Shore of Long Island, in New York, United States. The population was 21,580 at the time of the 2020 census.
