B.B. King's Bluesville is a Sirius XM Radio channel devoted to blues music. It plays a mix of traditional blues, modern blues, rockin' blues and soul or "finger-poppin ' " blues. Bill Wax was the original program director for the channel until his departure from SiriusXM in June 2013.

In March 2011, to promote the new album, Sicilia performed on Philadelphia's NBC "10! Show" and interviewed and performed on BB King's Bluesville, channel 74 on Sirius/XM Radio with DJ Bill Wax. The album debuted at # 11 on the Living Blues Radio Charts on April 1, 2011 and was added to over 150 AAA radio stations in May 2011.
B. B. King's Bluesville channel on SiriusXM Radio played three songs from Heartfelt in regular rotation. He won Guitar Center's "King Of The Blues" contest for the state of Mississippi. In 2012, he received the Jackson Music Award for Blues Artist of the Year, as well as the award for 2013 Local Entertainer of the Year.
