The 2024–25 Wisconsin Badgers women's basketball team represents the University of Wisconsin at Madison in the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Badgers, are led by fourth year head coach Marisa Moseley , and play their games at Kohl Center as members of the Big Ten Conference .

Knueppel's father, Kon, played college basketball at Wisconsin Lutheran College and was the school's all-time leading scorer until 2019. Each year the Wisconsin Miss Basketball award is given to the person chosen as the best high school girls basketball player in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The award has been given since 1983. Winners are chosen by the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association at the time of their annual All-State selections.
