The 2024–25 Winthrop Eagles men's basketball team represents Winthrop University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Eagles, led by fourth-year head coach Mark Prosser , play their home games at the Winthrop Coliseum in Rock Hill, South Carolina as members of the Big South Conference .

The 2024 tournament took place from the 20th - 22nd September at the Siripat Grounds, Reservoir Hills,Durban and included most of the Muslim schools across the country.
