The KJV has 23 verses in chapter 14 and 33 verses in chapter 15 of Romans. Most translations follow KJV (based on Textus Receptus) versification and have Romans 16:25–27 and Romans 14:24–26 do not exist. The WEB bible, however, moves Romans 16:25–27 (end of chapter verses) to Romans 14:24–26 (also end of chapter verses).
It seems weird to have that in there, but if there's a good reason I won't object to it being put back in. I _think_ that either the talk page, or the main article should explain the discrepency.
The New Testament contains passages that quote verses from these Psalms which are not imprecatory in nature. Jesus is shown quoting from them in John 2 :17 and John 15 :25, while Paul the Apostle quotes from Psalm 69 in the Epistle to the Romans 11 :9-10 and 15:3 .
