Muhammadiyah University Makassar was declared a private college registered on October 1, 1965. In its early establishment, Muhammadiyah University Makassar encouraged two schools of the teacher-and Indonesian arts department, the teacher-and education for general education (GE), and social education (SE) led by the director Dr H.
