The Albin Polasek House and Studio, also known as the Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens, [2] or The Polasek, is a historic site located at 633 Osceola Avenue in Winter Park, Florida, United States. It is a former house-turned-museum on three acres, overlooking Lake Osceola.
The Capen house was built on a 12-acre (49,000 m 2) lot [4] in 1683 as the parsonage for the local Congregational Church. [5] It is located at what is now 1 Howlett Street, next to the Topsfield Common. [6] It was first owned by the Reverend Joseph Capen, who had moved to Topsfield from Dorchester.
