Little Buffalo State Park is a Pennsylvania state park on 923 acres (3.7 km 2) in Centre and Juniata Townships, Perry County, Pennsylvania in the United States. The park is a historical destination as well as a recreational destination.
As of the census [5] of 2000, there were 2,209 people, 843 households, and 655 families living in the township. The population density was 73.2 inhabitants per square mile (28.3/km 2).

The Little Buffalo Historic District, is a national historic district that is located in Centre Township and Juniata Township near Newport, Perry County, Pennsylvania, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

There is an L-shaped swimming pool that is open at Marsh Creek State Park from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, from 11:00 am until 6:45 pm everyday except Fridays, where it is open 10:00 am until 5:45 pm. A shallow wading pool is available, as well as a bathhouse, splash park, sunning area, and snack bar.
Bald Eagle State Park is a 5,900-acre (2,388 ha) Pennsylvania state park in Howard, Liberty, and Marion townships in Centre County, Pennsylvania in the United States. The park includes the Foster Joseph Sayers Reservoir , formed by damming Bald Eagle Creek and other smaller streams and covering 1,730 acres (700 ha).
