If the font size in your messages list and emails is causing readability issues, changing it may help. To increase the font size: 1. Click the Settings Icon. 2. Toggle on Enable large text size to increase text size. To switch back to the default font size, toggle this setting off again.
Change any of the following settings, then click Save to finalize your selection: • Inbox Style Select what type of inbox you want. • Mail Away Message Create and enable away messages. • Contacts Choose how you want your Contacts displayed and sorted. • New Mail Select the sound you want played when new email arrives.

Through the settings menu you can choose how a sender's display name is shown, adjust the size of the fonts in your mailbox, customize the date column in your mailbox, and more. Check your account email client. One of the top reasons a user can't find their emails is due to settings from a third-party email client such as Outlook or the Mail app on your phone. Chances are the settings in the program are set to delete the emails from the AOL server each time you check your mail.
