Vladimir Anatolyevich Fedorov or Fyodorov (Russian: Владимир Анатольевич Фёдоров, born 22 April 1971) is a Russian former competitive ice dancer. He is the 1993 World bronze medalist with Anjelika Krylova. He is now married and lives in the USA in Washington. He coaches at SnoKing Ice Arena in Snoqualmie, WA.

In 1956, a former reservoir was converted to a skating rink to accommodate requests for year-round ice-skating facilities. The open-air rink would facilitate ice hockey and figure-skating in the winter, and dancing and roller-skating events in the summer. In October 1957, it opened to the public.
Weather permitting the rink is open Monday through Friday and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., with a free skating session taking place from 8 to 10 a.m.
In 2012, the Junior-level team of Synchroettes was selected by the U.S. Figure Skating to be part of the Team USA for 2012–13 season to compete in Leon Lurje Trophy international competition in Sweden.
