Preble County District Library (PCDL) is a multi-branch library system that serves the various cities and villages of Preble County, Ohio.It has seven branches across the Preble County, along with the Library Administration and Resource Center and the Preble County Room (local history and genealogy), both located at 450 S. Barron Street in Eaton.
Junundat, also called Junandot, Ayonontout, or Etionnontout, was a Wyandot village located south of Sandusky Bay, near modern-day Castalia, Ohio.Junundat was founded c. 1740 by Wyandots moving south from the vicinity of Fort Pontchartrain du Détroit in order to escape harassment by the Odawa (Ottawa).
By 1738 there was a Wyandot settlement at what is now Castalia under the leadership of Nicholas Orontony. Due to growing disputes with the French and closer trade relations with Pennsylvania-based merchants, the Wyandot burned their village and relocated to the mouth of the Cuyahoga River in what is today Cleveland in 1748. Two are elected in the year after the presidential election and one is elected in the year before it.

The Upper Sandusky Reservation was home to many of the Wyandot from 1818–1842. It was the last Native American reservation in Ohio when it was dissolved, and was also the largest Native American reservation in Ohio, although up until 1817 most of Northwest Ohio had not been ceded to the United States government.
