Warm Springs is a census-designated place (CDP) in and the county seat of Bath County, Virginia, United States. [1] The population as of the 2020 census was 121. The district encompasses seven contributing buildings. The complex consists of the Main Barn with its attached tile double silos, a Bottling Building, Milking Barn, Calving Barn, Ham House, Herdsman's Cottage, and Bull Barn. The complex was built by the Virginia Hot Springs Company in 1928 to support the operations of the nearby Homestead resort.

It was built in 1901, and is a three-story, gable-roofed frame building, with an iron overshot Fitz water wheel with the original mill race.

In 1982 a one-story, frame Sunday School addition, clad in vinyl siding was built by volunteers and added to the southeast elevation. The church represents the lone built representation of the first decades of the African-American settlement at West Warm Springs. [3] [4] It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2013. [1]
