The Lake Alma Trailhead is located adjacent to the Lake Alma Wildlife Observation Trail and Park at the north end of the paved trail where it turns sharply back toward the picnic area. If you hike the whole 3.8-mile trail, you’ll come back to the fishing dock from across the dam.

The Alma Aquatic Center is one of the largest outdoor water parks in Western Arkansas. It is nestled in the Alma City Park, with picnic areas, playgrounds, pavilions, and walking trails. The water park offers 6 slides, a diving board, climbing wall, and a large swimming pool.
