Bayou Teche Brewing is a brewery in Arnaudville, Louisiana, USA. Bayou Teche Brewing, named for the nearby Bayou Teche , was formed by three brothers, Karlos, Byron and Dorsey Knott, when they started brewing in an abandoned railcar on St. Patrick's Day in 2009.

Bayou Teche (Louisiana French: Bayou Têche) is a 125-mile-long (201 km) [1] waterway in south central Louisiana in the United States. Bayou Teche was the Mississippi River 's main course when it developed a delta about 2,800 to 4,500 years ago.
On the original site of an Attakapas Indian village, Arnaudville is one of the oldest remaining towns in St. Landry Parish. First settled by the French in the late 18th century and called La Murière, it was later known as La Jonction which translates from French as "The Junction," a tribute to the fact that the town is centered by the intersection of Bayou Teche and Bayou Fusilier.
The Indy Tasting Room was renovated in 2018 and in 2019 saw a restaurant added on. The expanded space became known as 'Upland College Ave' due to its location at 49th & College Avenue. Upland's seventh location and fifth restaurant is set to open in mid-2019 in the Fountain Square neighborhood and will be known as 'Upland FSQ'.
Maison Olivier is located behind the visitor center. Also near Maison Olivier is a blacksmith shop. There is also a c. 1790 Acadian cabin, which reveals the contrast between Acadian and Creole architecture. A reproduction Acadian farmstead lies near Bayou Teche. It is representative of a single-family farm in the early 19th century.
