Salem is a city in northern Columbiana County, Ohio, United States. The population was 11,915 at the 2020 census. [5] It extends into southern Mahoning County and is the principal city of the Salem micropolitan area. [6] Salem was founded by Quakers in 1806 and played a key role in the abolitionist movement as a hub of the Underground Railroad.

Free tickets to attend the game were provided by the credit union on a first-come first-served basis.
The Chevy Centre was formerly managed by the International Coliseums Company, a subsidiary of Global Entertainment, which owns the Central Hockey League. On Friday, April 4, 2008; the city of Youngstown signed a deal with Ticketmaster to become the official ticket provider of the Chevrolet Centre. The arena itself is owned by the city.
