Dane County is a county in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. As of the 2020 census , the population was 561,504, making it the second-most populous county in Wisconsin after Milwaukee County . [ 1 ] The county seat is Madison , [ 2 ] which is also the state capital.
Alliant Energy Center is a multi-building complex located in Madison, Wisconsin.It comprises 164 acres (0.66 km 2) of greenspace and includes the 255,000-square-foot (23,700 m 2) Exhibition Hall, the 10,000-seat Veterans Memorial Coliseum, the 29-acre (0.12 km 2) Willow Island, several multi-use pavilions, and the 22,000-square-foot (2,000 m 2) Arena.

The Dane County Courthouse is a courthouse located in the city of Madison in Dane County, Wisconsin. The eight-story low-rise early-modernism building, finished in 2005, required 16 years of planning and construction as well as $44 million to complete and was the first "green" building constructed by the County of Dane.
