Originally, the area was part of what became Yamhill County, but was transferred to the current Clackamas County in 1855. [6] The first post office was established in 1876 with the name Boones Ferry. South Metro Area Regional Transit (SMART) is a public transit system operated by the city government of Wilsonville, Oregon, United States. The system currently consists of seven routes and is funded by local businesses. It was created when Wilsonville petitioned to withdraw from the TriMet service district in the late 1980s.

Everett Jordan Lake in Chatham County, North Carolina, United States.The area, which is lightly populated, is a geographical reference point for people travelling around Chatham County and Jordan Lake and is home to two gas stations and a liquor store.
