EFTPS allows individuals and businesses to make their tax and estimated tax payments securely online using their bank accounts. Payments can be made only after enrolling in the system, and the enrollment process can take about a week (initial online enrollment is followed by relevant information being sent by physical mail, after which the online enrollment process may be completed).
Corvallis (/ k ɔːr ˈ v æ l ɪ s / kor-VAL-iss) is a city in and the county seat of Benton County in central western Oregon, United States. [6] It is the principal city of the Corvallis, Oregon Metropolitan Statistical Area, which encompasses all of Benton County.
Benton County was created on December 23, 1847, by an act of the Provisional Government of Oregon. [3] The county was named after Democratic Senator Thomas Hart Benton of Missouri, an advocate of the doctrine of Manifest Destiny and the belief that the American government should control the whole of the Oregon Country.

In 1948, Corvallis General was reconstituted as a nonprofit organization and renamed Samaritan Inc. Good Samaritan Hospital. [6] In 1975, the hospital moved to its current location on an 84-acre campus in North Corvallis overlooking Oregon Route 99W and became a part of what is now known as the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
The structure was built in 1924, originally as a Methodist church, and later saw other uses until 1948, when it was leased – and eventually purchased – by the City of Corvallis. Date 5 October 2018
