If just 2 columns are being swapped within 1 table, then cut/paste editing (of those column entries) is typically faster than column-prefixing, sorting and de-prefixing. Another alternative is to copy the entire table from the displayed page, paste the text into a spreadsheet, move the columns as you will.
It is possible to convert PDF tables to Excel and keep the colors. Or to HTML tables and keep the colors. But there does not seem to be a way to copy any of those colored tables (PDF, Excel, HTML, etc.) to a wiki. If there is a way, please leave a note on Help talk:Table. If desired one can keep the coloring by copying the table as an image.

You can add a table using HTML rather than wiki markup, as described at HTML element#Tables. However, HTML tables are discouraged because wikitables are easier to customize and maintain, as described at manual of style on tables. Also, note that the <thead>, <tbody>, <tfoot>, <colgroup>, and <col> elements are not supported in wikitext.
