Anuradhapura Central College, which is considered as the heart of Anuradhapura, [according to whom?] is situated in Anuradhapura, the capital city of North Central Province, Sri Lanka. The Hardy Advanced Technological Institute [5] is located in Ampara, Sri Lanka.
