It was developed by Cattle Call (the developer of the first game) and published by Disney Interactive Studios. Like the first game, it is also based on the Stitch! anime series, although this game is based on the show's third season, Stitch! ~Best Friends Forever~. It was released in Japan on November 18, 2010.
