Select Printer 'Adobe PDF', then click Print Options, click Properties, and untick 'Rely on system fonts only; do not use document fonts'. Since Adobe Reader 11, it is printing our CAD to PDF A3 prints (which has background aerial images or complex CAD layers) to blank page from Ricoh Aficio series printers using Ricoh's PCL6 driver for Universal Printing. 3 Correct answers. Here's another idea—it looks like it's giving up on page 9 or 10. You might try creating a PDF from the front of the book (say 1–8) and then the back of the book, say (10–end) and then try to isolate which page is causing the issue. You could recreate that one page.
There WAS a free PDF print driver available that did not require the purchase of any Acrobat product. This was before PDF integration was native to the Mac OS and eventually Windows. It is no longer the case. The people here saying they had a PDF print driver without owning purchased Acrobat product are correct.
Just make sure when you select your printer, you choose "Adobe PDF" and not "Save as PDF" Both of these selections will save the file in a location of your choosing, but only the "Adobe PDF" will automatically open the file in Acrobat Reader.
