    I spot checked a few pages, and it seems to be properly working with the relevant footnote. See Montenegro and the euro for an example of proper usage. The template was designed this way to avoid having duplicate footnotes created on the same page. Hence the footnote reference was defined in the template, but within noinclude tags.
