On-hit Kayle is pretty lackluster on Kayle at the moment, wouldn't recommend it for ranked but if you have fun with it, go ahead in normals! Muramana on Kayle season 11 is terrible unfortunately, it was a pretty popular build last season but it got changed a lot; the last change they did to it (this patch) made it even worse for kayle.
This item is the strongest powerspike you can get for Kayle. It is a gamechanger. You are a different champion when you build it, you turn into the angel of death you want to play when you lock in Kayle. The best build is Wit's End -> Nashor's -> Riftmaker. It has by far the highest winrate. Wit's End helps shore up her naturally low magic resistance, as well as providing massive attack speed for the midgame. The extra attack speed is the main reason this build is better than the standard Nashor's -> Riftmaker -> Deathcap.

Nemesis is commonly called the best Kayle (even if it's not true) because no one cares about Kayle, and he's the most in-the-spotlight Kayle player. Drut is good at Kayle but not like Desp/Dawid. Drut will only pick her if it's a good Kayle game. The others will make every lobby a good Kayle game.
