every time i try and download a mod, it will show up in my downloads, download, then say pending, do this multiple times, then say failed. how can i fix this?

Nope, this site is definitely not legit, concerning the mods which are offered there. As an example you find a number of mods on modhub.us which belong to some modders from marhu.net. I can assure you, that those will never allow to offer their mods on othere sites with an altered download provider.
I use fs19.net a lot. Zero issues with downloading, and one click to download. yeah so many players scared of viruses lol. ive downloaded loads of mods and not 1 virus even since fs15 not 1. YesMods is one of the better resources for mods as the team test the mods for you and point out any issues.
