Like in the topic, does someone know when tinkers will be updated to 1.20.1? There's an FAQ and link to the Discord server on the developer's page here, but tl;dr they will not be developing for 1.20 until they finish porting to 1.19.X. Neither of these will be happening any time soon. Seems like they won't be doing it.

Like almost everyone, i like Tinker Construct, But the problem is that with the new Minecraft updates, the mods don't follow all the versions, so I wanted to ask you, what are the Tinker Construct alternatives for the new 1.19 versions? I already know a mod called "Alloy Forgery" but it's a mod that has to be followed up with other addons, and ...
Tinkers is in 1.16 XD and in 1.18 if im not mistaken. Ok maybe i should have picked better examples but you all need to chill out. Tinkers has only updated to 1.16.5 and 1.18.2 because its the most common denominators between mods that updated from 1.12, in fact, i do believe tinkers wont be updated to 1.20.
Hi, I was just wondering if there is a port of Tinkers Construct or mod like it for 1.16.5 Fabric. There are currently two mods that are inspired by Tinkers. You have smithee and materialisation. Materialisation is a bit older and has customization through material packs, though it hasn't been updated in quite a while.
Tinkers' Construct for 1.19.2 is now on 3.8.2. There are quite a few internal changes (notably to tool definitions and material stats) which open the doors to a lot of addon potential, notably datapacks.
Good support for common modded metals. Includes some default alloys. Most Tinker's-like, with casting to molds. Includes firearms. Reasonably balanced, but may result in content overlap with Immersive Engineering or similar mods. Depends on an outside RF power mod, generally assumed to be a ThermalFoundation setup.
Back in 1.7, Tinkers' Construct added blood as an easier to obtain alternative to slime with some long term future plans. Tinkers' Construct 2 added more slime variants and Tinkers' Construct 3 added more ways to obtain said variants, so a slime substitute was less necessary.
I made a guide for tinkers construct V3 for those that need it, and I'll make a similar guide for material addons soon (it's for 1.16 not 1.18 but the two are similar enough, most builds work in both)
