The eight teams played a double-elimination format, with UCLA claiming their first championship with a two games to one series win over Mississippi State in the final.

Each team scored once in the third quarter to take the score to 28-17. The two interceptions pushed the score to 42-17, and Reinhardt scored once again to create the final margin of victory.
