The Angels Landing development is currently cancelled. The project's proposals, which were merely concepts, consisted of two towers with luxury hotels, residential units and a retail plaza. In 2025, the slected developer, Don Peebles, sued the City of Los Angeles, the proposed complex was last in the design/funding process.
