If it seems the battery is dying, I would recommend removing it while you can. If the Authenticator dies completely that means you’ll need to contact our Support to have it removed. All you will need to do is get the serial number from the previous authenticator on your old phone for you to be able to apply the authenticator to the new phone. Open the app on your old phone and in top right hand corner you’ll see 3 dots one atop the other. Touch that and you see a line saying “Serial and Restore”.

Kalviery July 7, 2020, 11:25pm 12. Since it was just added to Classic today, it’s possible that addons aren’t setup to recognize it and could cause some problems. Remove any addons you’re using in Classic and check for the extra bag slots using the default game ui. Blizzard Support.
