  2. File:Map of Colorado counties, blank.svg - Wikipedia

    en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Map_of_Colorado...

A blank map of Colorado, outlining the counties, as of 2005. This map uses azimuthal equidistant projection, centered on (-105.7167, 39.1333) (degrees longitude, latitude). The area outside Colorado is transparent, so it should look nice on non-white backgrounds. The data I used is apparently accurate to 0.000278 degrees, or about 100 feet.

In the preview, click on the template and you will get to the Map sources page. There, the degrees-only geographical coordinates are converted into degrees-minutes-seconds anyway and displayed automatically at the top of the page, so you can still decide if you want to convert the degrees-only-geographical coordinates into the degree-minutes ...

Coordinate values (latitude, longitude, and altitude) should be delimited by spaces. The decimal point is a part of the value, thus must usually be configured by the operating system. [a] Multiple locations should be represented by multiple lines. Latitude and longitude should be displayed by sexagesimal fractions (i.e. minutes and seconds).

Colorado is a landlocked U.S. state. In 1861, the United States Congress defined the boundaries of the new Territory of Colorado exclusively by lines of latitude and longitude, stretching from 37°N to 41°N latitude, and from 102°02'48"W to 109°02'48"W longitude (25°W to 32°W from the Washington Meridian).
