Seventeen was an Indonesian pop rock band that was formed in 1999 in Yogyakarta by schoolmates Yudhi Rus Harjanto, Herman Sikumbang, Zulianto "Zozo" Angga, and Windu Andi Darmawan, all were 17 when the group was formed. Vocalists Yohan "Doni" Saputro and Riefian "Ifan" Fajarsyah, and bassist M. Awal "Bani" Purbani joined the band at a later date.
After the release of the album, Seventeen performed "Darl+ing" on several South Korean music shows, including Music Bank and M Countdown. [22] [23] "Darl+ing" also appears as the fifth track of Face the Sun ' s reissue, Sector 17. [24] A holiday version of the song was released as part of Seventeen's Japanese EP, Dream, on November 9. On June 8, 2020, Pledis Entertainment announced that Seventeen would be releasing their seventh mini-album titled Heng:garæ. [1] The EP marked an intentional shift in tone for the group, expressing themes of celebration and growth, in contrast to the concept of uncertainty and trepidation for the future that embodied their 2019 studio album An Ode. "Maestro" premiered at Seventeen's encore concerts at the Seoul World Cup Stadium on April 27 and 28. [4] The song and its accompanying music video were officially released on April 29, 2024. [5] On May 2, Seventeen announced an orchestral remix of the song, to be released the following day.
