This is a list of federal and state electoral districts within the Malaysian state of Penang. The state sends 13 representatives to the Malaysian federal Parliament and is divided into 40 state constituencies, each of which elects a single member of the Penang State Legislative Assembly .
In addition, there were a seat that is labelled as VACANT, namely Titiwangsa. The seats vacancy is due to the death of the incumbent Member of Parliament (MP) for the constituency, which happened on 17 July 2011 respectively.

The automatic resignation of its 17 former senators in only less than a month post-dissolution of 14th Malaysian Parliament due to their candidature in the 2022 (15th) General Election, had results to huge number of vacant senate seats; which is 24 seats (34.3%) out of 70 seats, the highest record in Malaysian Senate history.
This is due to the constitutional nature that senators are not elected directly by the people, but instead elected by the State Legislative Assemblies or appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, which most of senatorial elections or appointments took place in the previous parliamentary term, i.e. the 14th Parliament.
