   I have found the process to be very simple - especially the unfreezing/refreezing. Each major credit agency has a calendar where you specify the date to unfreeze and the date to refreeze. The credit is unfrozen on the date you enter (can be same day you are entering the unfreeze) and refrozen at midnight on the date you refreeze.

   Have you tried their 'Lock & Alert" app? It's easy to use (there's an app for your phone). Transunion has similar (freeze/unfreeze via app or online). Experian's app doesn't allow you to lock/unlock and you have to go to their website to do it (or call) and it's a bit more convoluted.
