Or maybe it was asking for device id that your administrator assigned to the machine you're using. Check with your system administrator or Mobihand on what they need.

I followed your instructions, but there was no “Installation” sub tab on my computer. Under “devices” I was able to find the serial numbers of the machines, but nowhere the DESKTOP id number could be found. I have 3 DESKTOP ids that I do not know what computer they belong to. I have changed a computer and laptop and a Surface.
I went to log in on the (Windows 10) computer. It usually asks for a password to open the screen. Now, instead of the password screen it asks for my Microsoft PIN. I didn't even know I had a PIN much less what it was. Ok so maybe that helps. Thank you again for your help. Len
