Aaron Moshe Schechter (or Aharon Moshe Schechter, July 16, 1928 – August 24, 2023) was an American Haredi rabbi. He was the rosh yeshiva (Dean) of Yeshiva Rabbi Chaim Berlin and its post-graduate Talmudical division, Kollel Gur Aryeh .

Yitzchok Hutner joined the faculty during 1936–1937, and gave monthly lectures as rosh yeshiva from 1943 to 1980.
Schacter lived in the Riverdale, Bronx and died March 21, 2013. He was 95. His wife, the former Pnina Gewirtz, whom he married in 1948, died October 31, 2018. They were survived by a son, Jacob J. Schacter, the former director of the Soloveitchik Institute; [1] a daughter, Miriam Schacter; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Teitelbaum is the third son born to Moshe Teitelbaum, the Grand Rebbe of the Satmar Hasidim, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. His older brother is Aaron. Early on, Teitelbaum became the rabbi of the Sighet synagogue in nearby Borough Park, which had once been his father's synagogue. He later became the rabbi of the Satmar Hasidim in Jerusalem.
