Roosevelt Park is a 217-acre park located in central east Edison, New Jersey, at Parsonage Road and U.S. Route 1, just west of Menlo Park Mall. Established in 1933 in what was then Raritan Township, the park is considered the oldest park in the Middlesex County Park System. It is owned and operated by the county government.
The complex is managed as part of the Essex County Park System. Activities at the complex include a zoo, ice skating/hockey rinks, a safari-theme miniature golf course, a forest adventure park, a restaurant, paddle boats, a nautical theme playground, and a 1.75 miles (2.82 km) walking loop around the Orange Reservoir.

The Essex Skating Club has sponsored many skating events and clinics featuring famous skaters such as Olympic medalists [29] and Disney on Ice skaters. The 2024–25 figure skating season began on July 1, 2024, and will end on June 30, 2025. During this season, elite skaters will compete at the ISU Championship level at the 2025 European Championships , Four Continents Championships , World Junior Championships , and the World Championships .
