The Georgia State Panthers baseball team represents Georgia State University in NCAA Division I college baseball. The team currently competes in the Sun Belt Conference. It first began competing there before moving to the TAAC, and the CAA. Beginning July 1, 2013, Georgia State returned to the Sun Belt Conference for all sports.
The Georgia Southern Eagles baseball team is the intercollegiate baseball team representing Georgia Southern University. It began in 1933. The program competes in NCAA Division I. The team is led by head coach Rodney Hennon, who is in his 22nd year at Georgia Southern. The Eagles are part of the Sun Belt Conference.
