|url= may be given if there is also an online version of the newspaper article and the |access-date= parameter is when you viewed the online version. |page= is for the page of the material needed to support the statement. This template is similar to Template:harvtxt, with the exception that it is intended to be used on an article talk page and links to references located on the associated article page rather than the talk page itself. It makes it easier to discuss article references on the associated talk pages.
