The Galley La Company continues to fight Luffy with an enraged Franky attempting to take both sides out. An incredibly high tide called the "Aqua Laguna" is coming and Chopper and Sanji rush to warn Usopp. Luffy raises some chaos in order to meet with Iceberg and he demands to know what's happening. Iceberg says he wants to see Robin one more time.
Usopp (ウソップ, Usoppu), also known by his monikers Sniper King and "God" Usopp, is a fictional character in the One Piece franchise created by Eiichiro Oda. He serves as the sniper of the Straw Hat Pirates. He was the fourth member to join Luffy's crew and the third officially after the confrontation they had with Captain Kuro. [3]
Luffy and Zoro start fighting the dragon, which can speak and breathe fire. Luffy rockets up to the dragon's back, discovering a pair of legs. Luffy gets the dragon to chew its own wing, making it fall. Zoro takes the opportunity to jump into the air with Usopp's trampoline and decapitates the dragon.
While the Straw Hats struggle to hold their own against those among Buster Call's fighting elite who have Devil Fruit powers, an unmasked Usopp sees Luffy collapsed on the ground in front of Lucci. Usopp cries out to him, telling him to get back up. But when Luffy is unable to move, Usopp resorts to provoking Lucci to face him.
In "Water 7," Zoro upholds the authority of Luffy as captain during Luffy's fight with Usopp and Usopp's leaving of the crew. Zoro pointedly refuses to allow Usopp to rejoin the crew without an apology and threatens to be the next to leave because to let Usopp "back as if nothing happened was an insult to Luffy's authority as captain.

Zoro says he wants to have a drink to celebrate entering the New World. Luffy, Zoro, and Usopp sees three big fish. Zoro wants to eat a fried fish with salt.
Zoro challenges him to a duel and, despite his best efforts, is defeated. After the fight, Usopp, Johnny, and Yosaku take Zoro aboard the bounty hunters' boat and set sail to follow Nami. Robin is frozen by Aokiji and Luffy tells the others to escape with her. In the Going Merry, Usopp and Chopper try to thaw her in the shower. Luffy gets defeated, but his life is spared as Aokiji believes he must repay the debt the marines incurred from Crocodile's defeat at Luffy's hands. With the crew defrosted, they continue sailing as usual.
