This will start the Windows Hello setup wizard, click Get Started to begin. If you already have a PIN or password setup, proceed to enter it. I recently bought a new windows computer and I upgraded to windows 11. Every time I start my computer it wants me to set up Windows Hello features like facial recognitions, fingerprint scan, and pin.
And considering Windows Hello is already 4 years old, I can't believe Manufacturers didn't adapt their integrated hardware in order to support Windows Hello. Hoping I clarified a bit my original question (for you and future contributors :) ), I again you for your feedback. Kind Regards, David

If Windows Hello is still not working, perform this troubleshooting: Press Windows key + R, to open Run dialog box. Type services.msc and click on OK. Look for Windows Biometric Service, double click on it and click on Stop. Now, go to C:\Windows\System32\WinBioDatabase, take a backup of all the files inside the WinBioDatabase folder.

Same issue here on my HP Elitebook 830 G5, which has a build in Windows Hello supported camera. Also my laptop is on a dockingstation with the lid closed. Recently I purchased a Lenovo usb Windows Hello compatible camera. This works when I reboot or cold start the laptop on the dockingstation.
