Dr. Mustafa Lutfi is a Maldivian politician who served as the Minister of Education of the Maldives from 2008 to 2010. He also served as the Chancellor of Maldives National University from 2011 to 2012. He served as the Special Advisor on Social Policy at the President's Office at rank of a Minister from 2018 to 2023.
