Severe Tropical Storm Conson, known in the Philippines as Typhoon Jolina, was a strong tropical cyclone that impacted the central Philippines and Vietnam during the early September 2021. Being the thirteenth named storm of the said event, Conson originated as a low-pressure area first monitored approximately 500 km (310 mi) west of Guam .
The cyclone dissipated on 14 October 2021 while located over Vietnam. The storm impacted many areas previously affected by Tropical Storm Lionrock a few days prior. [1] Kompasu killed 46 people and 21 others were missing, majority of them were in the Philippines. The country also reported a damage of ₱8.3 billion (US$163 million). [2]

GMA News TV's programming was fully restored by September 21, 2020. On November 21, 2020, Sports Interactive Network, an affiliate news portal of GMA, published an article that the network announced plans for a possible reformat of GMA News TV into a news, sports and variety channel which is similar to the old format of Citynet Television and QTV.
On January 4, 2021, Maki Pulido and Atom Araullo replaced Jessica Soho as anchors. [3] In February 2021, GMA News TV was rebranded as GTV, with the show being carried over. [4] On October 28, 2024, due to GMA Integrated News' cost reduction, Araullo became the sole anchor of the news show and Pulido was let go from the show. [5]
